Equity & Innovation Summit Theme: "From Ideas to Impact"

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee is excited to announce the 2026 Equity & Innovation Summit, to be held at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. This year’s theme, “From Ideas to Impact,” reflects our shared commitment to transforming meaningful conversations into purposeful action within our schools and communities.
The work of equity and inclusion is ongoing—and so must be the conversations and actions that drive progress. As college counseling professionals, we play a critical role in fostering change that promotes access, belonging, and success for all students. Join us for three inspiring days dedicated to collaboration, reflection, and growth.
Summit Highlights:

Keynote Sessions: Engaging presentations from invited speakers and college counseling colleagues.

The 2025 schedule-at-a-glance can be found here as a reference. Attendees should plan to be in Tempe by 12:00 pm on Sunday, February 22 where the program will kick off with a dynamic opening keynote speaker. You are free to depart after 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24.
The registration fee for 2025 was $450 per person. Registration and hotel information will be provided soon.
